Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
- Ready-to-ship sets: Processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Custom orders: Made to order, with a processing time of 1–3 weeks unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Orders containing both ready-to-ship and custom items will ship together once all items are ready. If you need your nails by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping options
Shipping rates and available services are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and package details.
- USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days after dispatch. Free on orders of $50 or more; carrier-calculated postage applies to orders below $50.
- UPS Ground: Estimated delivery in 1–5 business days after dispatch.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery in 2 business days after dispatch, subject to service availability and carrier cutoff times.
- UPS Next Day Air: Next-business-day delivery after dispatch, subject to service availability and carrier cutoff times.
All UPS options are paid upgrades at carrier-calculated rates, including on orders qualifying for free USPS shipping.
Processing time and shipping time are separate. Selecting a faster shipping service does not shorten custom-order production or processing time.
Tracking & delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery estimates may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order and contact us promptly if you notice an error.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us through our Contact page so we can help investigate with the carrier.
